Wow. 2018. Turning half a century old tomorrow. This isn't the future I imagined at all. Thank God for Elon Musk. At least there's a little chance we'll get off this rock. Gen X for the save!
Otherwise - what a dumpster fire of a year 2017 was. 2018 doesn't look like it's going to change the trend. I long for those days in the early 1990s when everything seemed like it was still possible and peace seemed achievable. What a sad place we've come to.
