3 or 4 kids - have to save them - chased them down and into the building
went back out to save my dog
people were incinerating all around me.
pandemonium.
something happened to the sun I guess.
people were running inside this giant building complex or hiding in cars.
i chased the kids inside that were fighting with me before.
the mexican in 19th century military uniform that I saved from getting killed just kind of vanished - dream shift I guess.
first part of dream was some kind of battle with mexicans in some kind of elaborate 19th century contraption - i was part of a military group that was fighting them. we trapped them on a bridge and destroyed their vehicle and blew it into the water.
one of them, a young man, escaped and I prevented the commander from killing him because I felt sorry for him. i was the only one that understood him because I spoke spanish. he said his wife was in the vehicle and was killed so I felt bad. the dream shifted and there where three guys, who I had known in school.... they were still the same age as when I had known them. 12 or 13. I only remember one of their faces now. they were hostile to me for some reason and I think it was about saving the mexican guy. this is when everything went nuts and people started running for their lives. the sky got a weird color of gray and everyone was screaming and running. people were telling me I had to get inside quick and as I ran towards the building that most were going into people were randomly incinerating all around me.
i went into the building - it was at the level a parking garage would be on but it was a big open area with lots of cement and plastic tarp covered stacks of wood - like it was still being built. people were opening doors inside and running in. by the time I got in most people had already gotten in. i knew, for some reason, that my dog was still outside and I was gonna take the chance and find him because I had to. I ran outside and found him and rounded him up. I also found one of those kids I knew, he was hiding in a white nissan pick up. i made him get out and follow me back. we got back in and dream shifted again.
then I was in a big room - sitting at a table with several people.

one of them was my friend benji - a little thai guy I used to work with years back
we were taking some kind of test
i got up and went out into the hall - i was afraid because I knew that I wasn't supposed to.
i knew in my head that this was some kind of oppressive place where everyone was restricted and had
an exact position
some government group or something that had taken over after things went nuts outside
anyway - i went down the hall and found a stairway and got into it
i went up a level and found a repeat of the level I was on - just different color. red.
my old boss, from the same time that I had worked with benji, was on that level.
i went another level and found it was black with lots of black lights.
people were walking around in hippy and go-go outfits and had flourescent paint on themselves
some of the people were carrying trays of food and drinks - it looked like they were the priviledged
