I used to live in NH, Ginny, and that state has always "gone its own way" wth regard to state laws, even if it flies in the face of federal law. And the crazy thing is - the Feds can't "touch" NH when they do that. The Feds know they'd lose in court. I agree - Right On, New Hampshire!
