Some are saying the kid was wanting to make a statement and that he deserved it. Makes it easy to see how Germany went the way it did in the 1930s.

Ya know.. gotta say once the guy is cuffed it goes from resisting arrest to torture. I've seen police just carry the suspect out to the car when the suspect doesn't conform to walking.

Tazers should be used to stop and subdue, not torture.
