Holy Frack! Was that an episode or what?
I still can't believe it - and YAY! Wow. That rocked.



Kara is alive! We see Earth! We see the final five Cylons and are lead to believe that Anders, Tigh, Tyrel and the President's Aide are 4 (although I don't think I believe it)
Baltar is innocent - I figured that would happen.
Lee gets back into a Viper.
We hear Earth music (A new version of All Along The Watchtower - a Bob Dylan song made famous by Jimi Hendrix)
We See EARTH!!!
And did I mention Kara is ALIVE! :-)

Regarding Starbuck: neener neener neener. I TOLD YOU ALL SO LIKE... SEASON 1.

Regarding the other 4: Awesome (mostly). The president's assistant and Anders are cylons? LAME. Who gives a crap about those two? We don't even know that chick's NAME, hello! Anders is a biscuit, don't get me wrong, I'd really love to see him in his birthday suit, but honestly... what was the point of him, other that "Chump O' Starbuck"...?

Tigh... honestly, I kinda figured something was up. He went too Unibomber on new Caprica to not figure prominantly.

Tyrel... Okay, gotta say it... I find that guy so attractive. Way more attractive than Apollo... I think it's the eyes. Anyway, I'm glad he's a cylon because frankly, the writing possibilities are mind blowing. Hello! Hera's not the only uber baby now. And what's Callie going to do? And will an evil Tyrel show up? (I bet he'll be super seksi).

I bet he has a fling with boomer. I just betcha.

I'm pissed that I'll have to wait until 2008 to find out anything else.

Also, I thought the scene where all 4 are singing along with the song was cheesy.

I was reading the forum on sci-fi.com... the President's assistant is Tory (oh yeah - now I remember)
I pretty much agree with you on the significance of the four.
And I think you're right about Tyrol (I spelled it wrong) - it's the eyes. And Anders - very,very cute - but very little substance.
My mind is still scrambling to put together theories.
The folks on the boards are talking about 60s music and talking about how many light years and all that...
I'm thinking it has nothing to do with the 60s as it is a remake and not pegged to any particular time. They also appear to be in a different arm of the Milky Way (or at least very distant) from Earth. So we're talking probably thousands of light years which would put our era on Earth long past. One thing it does do is tell you for sure that the era that Earth is in will not be any LESS than the 1960s.
Read another theory that the Cylon concept of One God might have been taken from the Earth concept. Interesting.
Now I'm thinking - where did the Cylons go? What world was it they chose to settle on after the first Cylon War?
Very very curious to see where this goes. 2008... gah!!!
