Went to see Tool tonight with my friend Jay. Not a bad show. Didn't compare to the last one according to Jay - and to be honest, Maynard wasn't very energetic.
Still a good show and I got pretty drunk. All-in-all a good time.

ISLAMABAD Pope Benedict XVI faced growing Muslim anger Friday over remarks in which he linked Islam with violence, and the Pakistani Parliament called on him to retract the statement.

 

In India, the head of the minorities commission said the pope had sounded like a medieval crusader.

 

In a university lecture in Regensburg, Germany, on Tuesday, the pope implicitly denounced connections between Islam and violence, particularly with regard to jihad. The pope's chief spokesman, the Reverend Federico Lombardi, later issued a statement saying that Benedict respected Islam but rejected violence motivated by religion
