I saw one that didn't have any effects shots in it as well as some other footage.

I'd watch this, it looks sort of like the books Hatch wrote about Galactica.

It's an old trailer that Richard Hatch self-financed for a pitch to the studios. He was trying to revive Battlestar Galactica. This is well before it actually was revived by Ron Moore.
