cool article, and I have to agree with a lot of what is written in it. the one part "Men are fascinated by bright, shiny objects, by lots of curls, lots of hair on the head" is absolutely true, for me anyway. Although I do have to admit that I like some sarcasm in the girls I date. I like being able to have a witty banter going back and forth. But then I think I am one of the few guys I know that likes to go out and flirt on dates. Guess I am a throwback to the old days. -Zaphod
I have to say that I love to go out and flirt. I was once out on a date with a girl (whom I wanted to date, unfortunately we ended up being really good friends, take that as you may) anyway, on the date we saw a couple at the next table who were in their late 60's or early 70's. But they were very well dressed and enjoying a bottle of wine. We both commented on how much fun they seemed to be having. It was as if they were on a date. I said I want to be with a girl who 30 years from now,I can still take out on a weekend, and it would be as if we were still dating. Call me old fashioned but I really believe that the girl of my dreams will be sexy and outgoing even after years of marriage. I want to be able to go out for dinner years from now and still have that look in our eyes that shows how much in love with each other we are. Am I crazy? probably. will this ever happen? I will never give up hope. with whom will this happen? probably the last person I ever thought it would. However I know that this couple was able to make it happen and that gives me hope that is will happen for me as well. -zaphod
