seriously. i'll say it again: there is no single deity that is omnibenevolent, omniccient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. the powers are divided somehow. some way. there may not even be "deities." but if there are, there's no less than two. and they're not perfect, and they're both a bit evil. or a lot evil.
methinks it's the lesser dieties that have affinities for you - those are the ones that get your through. here and there.
